Seeking advice on the design of vertical tank with internal partitions – a tank for storing two types of materials

Dear colleagues in Sichuan, I am currently designing a vertical storage tank. The client wants the interior of the tank to be divided into two compartments using partitions, so that the same material can be stored under both high and low temperature conditions. According to the client, storing the material at high temperatures for extended periods can affect its quality; therefore, it is planned to store it at room temperature and heat it temporarily before shipment. Has anyone built a storage tank with such partitions? What considerations are important, and how should the design of the partitions be approached? I have read a few papers on this topic, but I’m still confused
The partition is made hollow, resulting in slow heat transfer.
