When the condensate pipe is too long, some of the liquid vaporizes to form a mixture of vapor and liquid.
There is nothing special about heat exchangers, but if the condensate pipeline vaporizes, a gas-liquid separator should be installed to remove gases from the condensate before it enters the heat exchanger
Based on the current on-site situation, there is a water hammer noise as the soda mixture enters the heat exchanger. I’m worried that the plate exchanger’s plates won’t be able to handle the load. Will adding a carbonation separator make a significant difference?
Adding a steam separator before the plate exchanger should be able to eliminate the impact of water hammer.
Since the condensate water is transported through long pipes, water vapor is generated due to pressure differences. Can a steam-water separator remove all this vapor, leaving only the liquid condensate to be sent to the heat exchanger?

What I have in mind is to use condensate water to remove the gas, which is exactly the opposite of what you are proposing.
Add a carbonation separation tank before the plate exchanger; install an exhaust valve on the top of the tank, and that’s it
