What you’re referring to is a fixed-efficiency test; we use the latter one
In accordance with Article 38 of Chapter 4 on Operation and Management in TSG G0002-2010 \"Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Boiler Energy-Saving Technologies\", boiler operators shall conduct a regular energy efficiency test on the boilers in use every two years. The test results should meet the requirements of Amendment No. 1 to the \"Regulations on the Technical Supervision and Management of Boiler Energy Efficiency\".
