I have a simple air storage tank; all its conditions meet the requirements for simple pressure vessels. Since only one unit is to be manufactured, can it be designed, manufactured, and used in accordance with the requirements for simple pressure vessels?
The advantage of simple containers also lies in batch processing. If it’s just one unit, it’s better to follow the standard procedures
Batch supervision and inspection can be carried out for simple pressure vessels. Should it be made as just one unit, or should it be manufactured as a regular pressure vessel?
It’s fine; no registration is required, and no regular inspections are needed throughout its design service life. As long as it is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150 and meets the requirements of 7.1.11 in TSG21-2016, that will suffice.
It’s not cost-effective to manufacture one; the cost is much higher than that of pressure vessels, and mass production is necessary to make it worthwhile.

Individual units can be designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GB150, meeting the same requirements as ordinary containers; remember to indicate \"simple pressure vessel\" in parentheses on the nameplate and certificate of conformity. No registration is required after leaving the factory; regular inspections are sufficient
