Motor sweeps are often encountered during actual maintenance. In most cases, the motor is lack of maintenance and the bearings of the motor are not checked and greased regularly. The bearings of the motor run at high speed for a long time due to lack of grease, causing the bearings to be overheated and damaged, which in turn causes the motor to sweep, thus damaging the motor. Therefore, in order to reduce the failure rate of the motor, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain the motor bearings, test the temperature of the motor bearings, detect problems in time, and add butter regularly. So how long does it take to refuel the motor? What is the filling amount? What kind of grease to choose? As professionals, in addition to repairing electrical equipment, they should also learn more * Equipment maintenance skills. Please see the table below for your choice of grease.: The filling amount is generally 1/2~2/3. If you add too little, the lubrication effect will be poor. If you add too much, the motor bearings will overheat. ; Generally, two-pole motors are refilled once every six months, and motors with more than four poles are refilled once a year. They can also be refilled according to the time required by some motor manufacturers for bearings. They are generally calculated based on operating hours. Refueling the motor bearings: When to refuel the motor depends on the condition of the lubricating oil in the motor bearings. Generally, at the production site, it can be decided according to the condition of the lubricating oil in the motor bearings during normal maintenance and minor repairs. If the lubricating oil is low, it can be replenished in time. If the lubricating oil deteriorates, all the lubricating oil must be replaced. At the same time, during overhaul, all lubricating oil should be replaced regardless of the condition of the lubricating oil in the motor bearings. How to refuel motor bearings: 1) To replenish lubricating oil during normal times and minor repairs, you can remove some lubricating oil from the bearing according to the situation, and then add a little lubricating oil. 2) For overhaul and replacement, first remove the motor rotor from the stator, then clean it well with gasoline, and wait until it is completely dry before adding oil. The amount of refueling should be 1/3~1/2 of the gap in the bearing chamber. Do not refuel too much, otherwise the bearing will be easily damaged by heat. First, choose the grease correctly, and then add grease according to the following requirements: ①Pay attention to the surrounding environment, keep the grease pure, and do not let dust, sand, metal particles and other impurities mix in. ②Tools such as oiling fingers or bamboo chips must be clean. ③When adding oil to the bearing cap, it should not be filled too full. It should account for 60% to 70% of the oil chamber of the bearing cap. ④When adding oil to the bearing, just add enough grease to seal the steel balls flatly.
