I recently encountered a small issue: I am designing a compressed air storage tank with a design pressure of 0.4 MPa, a design temperature of 50 degrees, and a material of S30408; the hydrostatic test pressure is 0.5 MPa. There is a manhole on the cylinder. The manhole is designed in accordance with HG/T21516; its maximum allowable operating pressure at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.46 MPa. May I ask whether it is still possible to use manholes in accordance with HG/T21516 in situations where the hydrostatic test pressure exceeds the maximum allowable operating pressure of such manholes?
