One oil storage tank, operating at atmospheric pressure; however, higher requirements are stipulated, with a design pressure of 0.2 MPa, that is, it is designed in accordance with GB150 standards. Is it necessary to stamp the pressure vessel design mark on the general layout diagram of this equipment?
If the TSG requirements are not met, there is no need to affix a design seal, nor even a signature at the third level. Meet the TSG requirements:
Containers that are not subject to tolerance regulations don’t have a design stamp on the drawings – where is such a rule? When the design pressure exceeds 0.1 MPa, it shall be designed in accordance with GB150

1. According to 1.5: A design pressure of ≥1.0 falls under GB150; 2. For those that meet only GB150 requirements but not TSG requirements, it is permissible to affix a seal without assigning a category (especially for those with extremely high heights and high explosion risk); if inspection is desired, it is necessary to contact the inspection authority and obtain its approval. When not under the jurisdiction of TSG, it is also possible to omit the stamping, but it is necessary to strictly comply with the GB150 standard and take responsibility for it.

Agree with the comment above; according to Article 2 of TSGR1001-2008, these rules apply to pressure vessels within the scope specified by the Regulations…… Obviously, the poster’s device is not within this range, so there’s no need to design a stamp at all.
