Why is there a stripe in the internal photos of the device taken on-site? What is its purpose, or is it a problem with the device’s manufacturing process?

The interior of the cylinder is cladded with weld strips
It’s probably caused by deformation. Is there a half-tube outside?
It’s pole-mounted surfacing; it’s a surfacing layer, so don’t be surprised
It’s probably not a deformation; the inside of the entire device looks like this. The lighting was poor, so it couldn’t be photographed clearly – it’s just a container with a few openings
