How to choose the clamp specifications for high-neck flange of glass-lined equipment? How to determine the quantity? 2. The high-neck flange cannot be drawn according to the standard HGT2049. . . Feeling less size. Maybe I didn’t look carefully (I studied it several times) as shown in the picture! !

The specifications and quantity of glass-lined equipment clamps are generally selected based on the diameter and pressure of the equipment and the quantity specified in the standards for glass-lined mixing vessels or glass-lined storage containers. 2. The position of D1 size should be the stress point of the upper and lower clamp connection, which is equivalent to the center line of the bolt of a general flange. 3. According to the size of the picture you provided, it should be possible to draw it. The length of the groove is naturally generated.
What dimension was missing when you were drawing?

This should be enough to draw. Besides, high-neck flanges are made by specialized manufacturers. Generally, they only need to provide specifications and pressure levels.
