I would like to ask if there is a 0-3MPa pressure gauge?
No? The pressure gauges seem to be 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, right?
As mentioned above, there are no commonly used specifications ranging from 0 to 3Mpa.
2# is talking about the accuracy level. The poster should be asking about the measuring range (i.e. the scale range)? This is possible. Please ask the pressure gauge manufacturer for details, although the scale range given in JBT5528 does not have a value of 0~3. But there are similar values. Generally, standards only give the minimum requirements and are not so detailed. Just ask the manufacturer for consultation.
It doesn’t have to be 0~3MPa, just choose a similar and higher grade like 0~4MPa.
0-4MPa is recommended. For ordinary gauges, if you have to do 0-3, you can consult the pressure gauge manufacturer.
The normal working pressure can be used at ~50% of the pressure gauge range. The accuracy level depends on the specific control requirements of the equipment.
