SW6-2011 V3.1 Patch 1 (standalone version) and (network version) resolve the following issues: 1. Errors sometimes occur when using Zr-3 alloy for external pressure calculations. 2. The calculation results are incorrect when the tower is subjected to eccentric loads ; When there are multiple pipeline force loads, the calculation report only outputs the original input data for the first pipeline force. 3. Asymmetric dual-saddle and multi-saddle modules have added an input for “saddle pad width”, along with the corresponding output in the calculation sheet. 4. In high-pressure equipment, metal flat gaskets are used for sealing, and the design temperature can be below 0 degrees. 5. For the component module and clamp calculations, the unit for \"high-neck shoulder thickness\" in the calculation results should be \"mm\"” ; The allowable stress for the flange and clamp materials of integral clamps as well as toothed clamps should be set at a low value ; Flanged flange: The reference thickness of the flange provided for the verification calculations is incorrect ; When calculating the support tube sheet, the connection method between the heat exchange tubes and the tube sheet cannot be saved. 6. For circumferential elbow connections on cylinders, the equal-area method is used for calculation; when determining its applicable range, the diameter of the opening should be taken as the length axis of that opening ; When the conditions for using a reinforcement ring are met and reinforcement with a ring is selected, the program sometimes indicates that \"the conditions for using a reinforcement ring are not satisfied; please remove the ring before proceeding.\" 7. Remove the restriction on bolt spacing when calculating flat covers with bolted connections ; The negative deviation in the design calculations for bolted flat covers has been corrected. 8. In the U-tube double-shell plate interface, the input data for the \"shell-side cylinder and isolation chamber cylinder\" of the inner shell plate have been improved, and the display of flanges corresponding to various types of shell plates has also been modified. When the outer tube sheet of a connected double-tube sheet is calculated as a fixed tube sheet, a message appears stating that \"the thickness at the end of the shell cylinder is less than the thickness of the shell cylinder; please check the input data.\"” ; When calculating the isolation chamber with a connected double-wall sheet, the material name and material type displayed in the calculation report are incorrect ; Separate double tube sheets sometimes cause errors in calculations. 9. When calculating the segmented partition, if the a/b ratio is less than the minimum value specified in GB/T151, an error occurs in the calculation ; 10. For floating-head heat exchangers, when there is a split diaphragm in the floating head and the data for that split diaphragm has been entered, the calculation still indicates “Please enter the thickness of the split diaphragm first or complete the calculation for its thickness!” ”. 11. An input for “stage partition thickness” has been added at interfaces such as tube box flanges and floating head flanges in various heat exchangers. 12. For fixed-plate heat exchangers, when calculating using the GB/T151 method, several values obtained from the fri table need to be adjusted ; In fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers, when multiple pressure-bearing components are selected for calculation, the program determines the minimum test pressure by taking the minimum value of the allowable stress ratios of all such pressure-bearing components ; For fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers, when a segmented cylindrical structure is used for the shell side, the user is allowed to choose the location of the openings for reinforcement calculations, namely either the \"end section of the cylinder\" or the \"middle section of the cylinder\". The attachment is available on the official website for download: Online version: http://www.tced.com/software_patch_detail.aspx?id=13; Standalone version: http://www.tced.com/software_patch_detail.aspx?id=12. Note: This patch update requires version 3.1 to be installed. Those who use single-machine cracks should take another route; this is an official document, not something resulting from single-machine cracking, so be careful not to get it wrong.
Apply the patch to the decrypted and installed program to use it.
No, after applying the patch to the decrypted installer, the program says you haven’t purchased 3.1. It can’t run anymore.
…… I already said that V3.1 needs to be installed in order to apply the patch.
Hello, I have a standalone cracked version of V3.1 installed. Can I directly apply patch 1 and patch 2 from the official website? Will it affect usage?
Thank you, expert! This is exactly what I needed
Thank you, master! It’s exactly what I need. I’ll save it right away
