How is the demineralized water system cleaned when it is shut down and no water is produced? Is it to start the raw water pump and the primary high-pressure pump, and to open the discharge valve for unqualified primary RO pure water as well as the concentrate valve in order to carry out flushing? How long should it be rinsed? In our design, it’s not possible to extract pure water from the raw water layer; would it be better if pure water could be extracted for cleaning purposes?
Since there aren’t any, the design firm can be commissioned to add pipelines to meet the needs in actual operation! As for how long to rinse, it depends on the analysis data of the rinsing water – it can’t just be decided by you saying so, right?
