The equipment has been painted; can’t it be subjected to hydraulic pressure testing anymore? Are there any other ways besides sanding the paint?
Personally, I think it’s feasible; if the pressure test results are satisfactory, there should be no problem； However, if there is a drop in pressure during the pressure testing process, it is not easy to detect leaks.
Haven’t all the pipe ends deformed? Will it have no impact on the device’s performance?
It’s not about baking it hard; you need to control the heat.
When painting the weld area, cover it with tape; after painting, remove the tape and apply more paint after pressurizing with water!
