For example, the minimum operating temperature for Q345R is -20 degrees! In other words, stamping is not possible at -20 degrees? Can it be understood this way! The lowest temperature in the Northeast is -36.5 degrees! Can the reactor use Q345R?
Does the fixed volume gauge specify a lower limit for the operating temperature of steel?
The lower limit of the operating temperature for the material is not the temperature at which brittle fracture occurs; this temperature is much lower than the lower limit of the operating temperature.

I agree with the opinion above; it must first meet the 150 requirement.
Low ambient temperatures are something to be mindful of, but they do not represent the actual temperature of the material. Pay attention to the function of the equipment* (whether it is a process vessel or a storage tank), check whether the equipment has insulation, and also consider the low-temperature and low-stress operating conditions specified in Appendix E of GB150.3, as well as the temperature at which the equipment operates normally
Generally, for storage containers outdoors, the presence or absence of insulation depends on the ambient temperature. For the reactor mentioned by the original poster, the design temperature should be determined based on the operating temperature of the equipment, and then an appropriate material should be selected accordingly.
