The media contained within mobile pressure vessels are mostly liquefied gases, as well as various toxic, flammable, and explosive substances; therefore, such vessels are classified as category three pressure vessels. Their tanks are subject to regular inspections once a year by authorized agencies. Therefore, the documents available for this vehicle are: 1. Road transport permit for hazardous goods vehicles. 2. Escort permit. 3. Registration certificate for the tank body. 4. Periodic inspection report for the tank. Waiting for the main materials, which will be transported to many units as production materials. It is basically unloaded at the designated storage tanks. And in many cases, it is the drivers and escorts who unload the goods, as well as those who install the unloading hoses ； Some also require connecting the power cable for the truck pump. Do the driver and escort need to obtain a certificate for operating mobile pressure vessels? In other words, is a mobile pressure vessel operation certificate required for unloading?
As far as I know, drivers of tank trucks have to obtain a hazardous materials transportation certificate
