Does wind stability calculation for large storage tanks need to take account of the tank being empty? It seems that GB50341 does not take into account the situation of empty tanks; when dealing with empty tanks, anchoring may be required in the calculations. Why is this aspect not considered?
The user determines the load combination on their own.
We definitely need to consider the empty cans; isn’t Chapter 11 full of various combinations of operating conditions?
In equation 11.1.2-1 for 50341, there is no liquid storage on the right side; it must be an empty tank
