Dear sea friends, generally, manufacturing plants issue their inspection certificates rather late. Is it necessary to use them for the installation notification? Some installation companies say they need a certificate number – is that true?
To process the installation notification, the device code and manufacturing number are required, which the installation company cannot know. The inspection certificate contains these details. Additionally, a monitoring and inspection certificate can only be obtained after the equipment is manufactured. Delivery can only take place after the certificate is issued. The user was eager to install it, so the device was shipped first. Of course, the inspection certificate is right behind it.
The simplified notification form only requires the device registration code to be filled in; the manufacturer’s inspection certificate number does not need to be entered. Moreover, inspection is no longer required for the overall installation of the container. As required by the General Administration, when providing notification, only a copy of the notification letter and the license are needed; if the local supervision authorities request more information, use Document No. 684 issued by the Quality Inspection Office to deal with them! :lol
