On the impact energy of ferritic stainless steels and duplex stainless steels

GB150 specifies that ferritic stainless steels and duplex stainless steels with a design temperature below -20°C are classified as low-temperature vessels. What are the low-temperature impact values for ferritic stainless steels and duplex stainless steels? Which standard specifies it?
Are you sure? Are the standards not specifying that ferritic stainless steels should have a temperature not lower than 0°, and duplex stainless steels not lower than -20°?
No way, Appendix E of 150.3 specifies carbon steel and low-alloy steel at temperatures below -20°C, as well as austenitic stainless steel at temperatures below -196°C; it does not mention duplex steel or ferritic stainless steel. The standard specifies that the minimum operating temperature for ferritic stainless steels and duplex steels is -20°C.
There is no regulation. . . It’s just saying don’t use it at such a low level. . .
