Has a new design been introduced for the special equipment licensing seal (pressure vessels)? Isn’t it Appendix E of TSGR1001-2008? I heard there’s a new style. According to that standard, does anyone know? It’s urgent; waiting online
This post was last edited by Lantian on 2017-2-14 09:06. It hasn’t been released yet, but the person in charge of the company needs to be included. For detailed requirements, see Article 3.1.2 of TSG 21-2016.
The new regulatory requirements are something I need to be aware of, but I’ve heard here that new versions have been released – the TSGR1001 template can no longer be used
As far as I know, there are no new styles available at the moment; just ask the person who said that. Just hearing about it won’t solve the problem.
I just asked in the group, and no one said there were new styles; it’s just in accordance with clause 3.1.2 of TSG 21-2016. Things were added to the chapter.
No new style is required; only the following modifications need to be made to the original license seal: the seal for special equipment design approval should be changed to a seal specifically for pressure vessel design, the term “pressure vessel” in the second line should be removed, and it should be replaced with “the principal responsible person: XXX”.

Where is it stipulated that the seal for special equipment design permits should be replaced with a dedicated seal for pressure vessel design?
Article 3.1.2 of TSG 21-2016 \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels\" stipulates
Answer yourself. There are requirements for new styles of seals, in accordance with the provisions of Document No. 46 issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine: \"(III) Design.\" 1. Regarding the design of special seals. “Section 3.1.2 of the new Fixed Capacity Regulations specifies the requirements for design-specific seals. During the validity period of the design license, the existing design license seal remains valid, but the seal of the person in charge of the design agency must be affixed below it ; Units that obtained (including those that exchanged for) a pressure vessel design license after October 1, 2016 shall uniformly use the new name “Design-Specific Seal”; the contents of this seal must meet the requirements of 3.1.2(2) of the “New Fixed Pressure Vessel Regulations,” where the “principal responsible person” refers to the legal representative of the unit. ” So the style is as follows. 1. Special seal for pressure vessel design 2. Principal responsible person: XXX 3. Technical responsible person: XXX 4. Certificate number 5. Approval date 6. Company name Even someone as good as me wants to give themselves a reward for their efforts
The signature of the person in charge of the design firm can be temporarily added below the design approval stamp
