Recently, 8 pieces of equipment for the PDH2 project (propane dehydrogenation project), including raw material dryers and oil washing tanks, manufactured by Lu’an Huaji, were shipped and are on their way to Russia! Once again, it has enhanced the new reputation of chemical machinery manufacturing in the international market! This is already the second batch of equipment exported by Lu’an Huaji to the Russian market, while the third batch is also under active production and is expected to be shipped by the end of March. This will continue to help Lu’an Huaji expand into international markets and enhance its competitiveness and brand influence in those markets. Luanhua Machinery has undertaken the supply of 15 units for this project in Russia, with 11 units already delivered. The 8 units shipped this time are a raw material dryer, an oil washing tank, a catalyst replenishment funnel, a catalyst replenishment lockout funnel, a spent catalyst discharge tank, an alkali solution tank, and an underground methanol tank. Among them, the raw material dryer is the largest in size among this batch of equipment, with a diameter of 2.3 meters and a length of 13.15 meters. Customers have extremely high requirements regarding the quality and precision of the equipment used in the projects, which places a severe test on the manufacturing standards and processing capabilities of the chemical machinery manufacturers. To further open up international markets and become the most competitive enterprise in the field of energy and chemical equipment worldwide, the various departments of Lu’an Chemical Machinery work closely together and respond swiftly.
