Fire pipes or water pipes? Tube side shell side? That’s too general; it’s recommended to read the relevant sections in the boiler calculation manual before asking questions, so that they can be asked in a targeted manner. It’s really hard to answer like this.

JBZ201. It’s easy to calculate for single-phase media, but difficult for water circulation. It depends specifically on the structure of the boiler.
If only the calculation of pressure is required, there are simple methods for estimation (which is what we use), but the error may be large: for a water-cooled system, it is the working pressure of the drum plus the hydrostatic pressure of the water wall fluid column (calculated at 1000 kg/m3); For the superheating system, the resistance is taken as the difference between the working pressure of the drum and the steam pressure at the boiler outlet, with this value being distributed among the various components ; The economizer system is set at around 0.4 MPa. For a safer approach, a higher pressure can be used as the calculation pressure.
