After the rectifications required for the renewal assessment of pressure vessels are completed, where can I find the date on which the license was issued? In other words, is it necessary to wait for notification from the Market Regulation Bureau, or are there other ways to find out?

The design certificate and the manufacturing certificate are combined into one; can the design documents and the manufacturing documents also be merged?
If it is for internal use, your company can simply put these two sets of files together. If it is for external use, then the manufacturing company must also include the design files within the product documentation; the design files that you keep separately should be stored apart from everything else. There’s no contradiction in this.
