It’s a vertical tank device with two end caps, with a diameter of 2000 and a height of 3000; it’s equipped with a skirt. So, are you in the business of selling foot bolts?
The person who designed this must be a supplier of anchor bolts!

See if it has any special uses, such as regarding the support height. . . . . Is the minimum wall thickness of the head not in line with the standards?
In the traditional chemical industry, plants are usually large in scale and use skirt foundations; for this project, which is on a smaller scale, such a foundation was chosen as a matter of course.

There is often no absolute right or wrong in design solutions; only whether they are more reasonable. Support-type bearings require calculation of the reaction forces on the lower head; if they are too thin, they may not meet the requirements. If the nozzles on the lower head are frequently used for operations such as material transfer and cleaning, supported bearings are more convenient to use; sometimes 6 or 8 such bearings may be required, and it is also appropriate to use skirt bearings in such cases.
The operating space of the skirt base is just over 1 meter in height.
