Our company owns over 20 enamel-coated equipment, all of which are intermediate tanks with a diameter of 800 and a height of 1500. The operating condition is a long-term negative pressure of 90 vacuum levels, with operation at normal temperature. Enameled equipment is prone to damage and difficult to repair. I am now looking to optimize the material used for the equipment; I am considering using steel lined with PTFE or composite titanium.
