Why were the nominal diameters of pressure vessels φ159, φ377, and φ426 removed, and why not steel pipes of those sizes?

As the question asks, is it simply because they are not recommended steel pipes? In the new version of the saddle supports, the use of saddle supports for φ159 and φ426 pipes has been eliminated; then are the related \ud83d\udc49 steam distribution cylinders\ud83d\udc48 also removed? If φ406 is chosen, the head calculation will have to be done again.
Yes, it shouldn’t be canceled; it’s commonly used in cylinder dividers and manifolds.
