Seeking guidance on the allowable stress of Q420R at corresponding temperatures

This post was last edited by whr73229880 on 2018-8-21 at 11:36. GB713-2014 includes only the material Q420R; it does not provide detailed information on the allowable stresses of this material at various temperatures, as is the case for Q345R. I’m not sure where I can find such parameters.
Mainly, GB150 has not yet been included, so there are no data available.
It corresponds to the standard GB 713-2014 \"Steel Plates for Boilers and Pressure Vessels\"; it is a new grade added to this national standard. This type of steel is primarily used in the manufacture of mobile pressure vessels, such as those found in road tankers and railway tank cars. It features high strength, high toughness, and excellent weldability, but its production is relatively difficult. At present, only a very small number of companies in the country are capable of producing this product, so the market prospects are promising.

GB713 is included but there are no relevant data – what are designers supposed to do? Tank trucks are mainly designed for use at normal temperatures, right?
