Heat treatment of 20MnMoNi55: The specimens were subjected to a heat treatment process simulating that after welding, at 615±15°C for 10 hours. 20MnMoNi55 steel plate for boilers and pressure vessels is suitable for the production and inspection of steel plates with a thickness not exceeding 150 mm. The dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable tolerances of such steel plates shall comply with the provisions of standard GB6654-96. Applications of 20MnMoNi55: It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, power generation, and boiler manufacturing, for producing equipment and components such as reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, pressure vessels for nuclear reactors, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes in hydroelectric stations, and turbine casings. This product leaves the Wugang factory with grade 1 flaw detection. V. Delivery condition: normalizing, normalizing + tempering, quenching + tempering, high-temperature tempering, etc ; Technical requirements: flaw detection, performance requirements in the thickness direction for Z15-Z35 grades, as well as requirements for high strength and high toughness in these steel plates.
