Under normal and stable operating conditions, during online calibration, the safety valves are not opened fully; instead, only an additional pressure is applied to cause the safety valves to move slightly. In our case, there has been no situation in which the safety valves opened completely, leading to abnormal boiler pressure. If it does not close properly, it indicates a fault with the safety valve, and the machine needs to be stopped for replacement.
