Selection of nozzles for thermal deaerators

Nozzles are installed at the soft water inlet of the deaeration head in the thermal deaerator, but how is the number of these nozzles determined? For example, in a 10 t/h thermal deaerator, if the flow rate of each nozzle is 0.6 t/h, should 10/0.6 = 16.67 nozzles be installed?
No experts have answered? Is it because my question is too stupid? :L
