The material required for takeover must be 20G
20G does not belong to the materials referenced in GB150. If it must be used, you can refer to the SW6 instructions to create your own material database...
For materials not listed in GB/T150.2, the provisions of Appendix A to the standard shall also be complied with.
This is a boiler manhole, used on boiler access panels, especially commonly on gas storage tanks.
Regardless of the compliance of the 20G material for now. In terms of the material itself, from a performance perspective, it can be treated as 20# steel; in terms of P and S content, it is superior to the 20# steel found in 8163. From a compliance perspective, this material is not referenced in GB150; strictly speaking, a technical evaluation of the new material is required in accordance with Article 1.9 of the \"Regulations on Fixed Pressure Vessels\".
20G is equivalent to the current new grade Q245R
