The company’s power station boiler needs to be repaired. Nearly 20 water wall tubes need to be replaced; the procurement is carried out through public bidding. Once a supplier is selected, it is confirmed that the supplier has all the necessary qualifications – this information is provided first (previously it was provided at the provincial level, but now it is handled at the municipal level). Start work — take X-rays of the welds — conduct a hydrostatic test. Both Party A and Party B participated during this period; personnel from the provincial inspection center were also present when the hydrostatic test was carried out. May I ask whether the Provincial Inspection Center issues a inspection report for the boiler repair once it is completed? (Of course, the cost has to be paid.)
This involves a large-scale replacement of the water wall tubes, and since it relates to boiler inspection, there should be an internal boiler inspection report.
According to TSG G0001-2012, only when more than 50% of the entire set of heating surfaces is replaced does it constitute a major repair, which requires supervision and inspection during the repair process. You need to first figure out whether the provincial inspection center falls under the category of agencies responsible for inspecting special equipment. If so, will they come to conduct an inspection, or has the construction party already requested a supervision inspection for the repairs? In that case, a supervision inspection certificate for boiler repairs must be issued.
