Issues with the English drawing medium?

This is an English-language drawing. What type of medium is listed in the table? Are all the materials in accordance with Asmi standards? Is production prohibited without an Asmi production certificate? Urgent, please help everyone!

Can materials of the same grade as those specified in GB150 be used for manufacturing instead?
