This reactor is part of a facility capable of producing 240,000 tons of propylene oxide annually and 742,000 tons of methyl tert-butyl ether annually. The delivery marks a significant milestone in the project’s progress, laying the foundation for the subsequent manufacturing of other equipment. This project serves as an \"engine-type\" project for the high-end chemical industry base in northern Shandong Province. It is also a key \"chain-leading\" project that Binzhou City is striving to attract in order to develop a large-scale integrated refining/gasification complex. It holds great significance for establishing a industrial chain in the park that covers both gas-related and chemical-related activities, as well as for fostering an ecosystem for the chemical new materials industry. Lanshi Heavy Equipment’s Mobile Factory Branch was responsible for manufacturing 3 reactors and 6 towers for this project. Among them, the peroxide reactor has a diameter of 9.2 meters, a length of over 24 meters, and a net weight of 700 tons; its wall thickness is 158 millimeters, making it a heavy-duty container with a large diameter and high weight. After more than 5 months of intensive construction, the first peroxide reactor was completed and delivered, while the remaining equipment has entered the later stages of manufacturing.
