There is a question in the design certificate review and I don’t know how to choose.: In the GB/T151 standard, in the calculation of U-shaped tube heat exchanger tube sheets, what stresses are checked on the tube sheets? ( ) a, hoop stress at the center of the tube sheet b, radial stress at the center of the tube sheet c, radial stress around the tube sheet distribution area d, shear stress around the tube sheet distribution area e, radial stress at the edge of the tube sheet
All the answers still lie in the standards. :lol
Yes, as a designer, standard specifications must be mastered.
Not to mention that the current designers don’t know, maybe many school reviewers don’t know. ;P
Are you sure you are right? The pictures you posted are of types other than type A.
During the calculation of the tube plate, stress checks were performed on the center of the tube plate, the edge of the tube plate area, and the edge of the tube plate.
