Regarding the access holes at the bottom of containers and reactors: As shown in the diagram, these access holes at the bottom of containers and reactors were subject to safety inspections recently, and experts recommended that protective screens be installed over them. I was wondering if there are any safety requirements regarding this? Which standards or specifications require this? Thank you
Experts say to add it if they say so; don’t go against them
I’ve never seen such a requirement in the standards. Since the experts say that a mesh needs to be added, I would like to ask them what they mean by that – could they provide the standard requirements for its installation? Haha. Probably to prevent people or animals from entering casually, right? P
