As the title suggests, is it difficult to switch to on-site construction management? What other conditions are required?
It’s not difficult. As long as they approve it over there, that’s fine
As long as you have high emotional intelligence, everything becomes easier; management is an art.
When it comes to design, one just needs to take care of oneself; but in management, one not only has to take care of oneself but also of others, which is exhausting
