How to determine the lateral opening reinforcement ring?

As the title suggests, is the reinforcement ring with DN100 on the cover the same as the reinforcement ring with DN100 on the shell? Are they all selected from JB/T4736-2002?
Whether it is a head or a cylinder, if it is a normal connection, it is fine to select the reinforcement ring according to the relevant standards; if it is not a normal connection and the reinforcement ring is not circular, it is sufficient to ensure the width of the reinforcement ring.
