Previously, Q235B could be used as the material for containers holding concentrated sulfuric acid; however, after the update of HG20660, the toxicity of sulfuric acid was classified from moderate to extremely high, and Q235B is not suitable for containing substances with extremely high toxicity. How should the material be chosen in this situation?
245R is about the same as 235B

Since Q235B works, then Q254R or Q345R are also no problem.
Since sulfuric acid is a Group 1 carcinogen, it is classified as extremely hazardous. Pressure vessels are designed in accordance with GB150, while GB50341 serves as the main reference standard for normal pressure conditions.
At present, concentrated sulfuric acid is an extremely hazardous substance; strict compliance with the design standards is required. GB/T150.1~150.4-2011 represents only **minimum requirements – such equipment should instead adhere to chemical industry standards
For 98% sulfuric acid, stainless steel can also be used. For 92-95, a steel lining is suitable
Choosing Q345R will not cause any problems
