Once the materials for pressure vessels arrive at the factory, they generally don’t need to be re-inspected, right?
Quality assurance engineer determines quality control! We also need to check the design pattern requirements!
Material re-inspection shall be carried out for those that meet Clause 5.1 of GB/T150.4 and as required by the drawings; otherwise, material acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the system requirements.

Material reinspection shall be carried out in accordance with Clause 5.1 of GB/T150.4 and as required by the drawings. For example, when stainless steel flat sheets are used as the shell of pressure vessels, re-inspection is required.
Generally, inspection is not required, but a certificate of conformity from the manufacturer is necessary
It can be divided into three types: 1. Whether there are requirements in the drawings or not. 2. Which standard does the product fall under, and what are the requirements of that standard? 3. For those that fall under GB/T150, refer to Article 5 in Part 4, where detailed instructions are provided
The regulations and standards do not require it to be done
First, check whether your materials fall under clauses 2.1.2 and 2.1.4 of TSG21-2016, as well as clause 5.1.1 of GB150.4-2011. If they meet these requirements, then retesting is necessary; otherwise, it is not required.
Re-inspection is required according to standard drinking regulations, for things such as flat plates; for forgings of grade 4 or higher when conditions permit. Re-inspection is generally not required for other components that are not under significant compressive stress
There are relevant requirements in GB150 and the fixed capacity regulations; not everything needs to be retested
