What design requirements must pressure vessel quick-release locking devices meet?
It shall be designed in accordance with the revised version of JB4732-2005

For containers that need to be opened quickly, fatigue analysis is not necessarily required; a judgment based on 4732 is sufficient, and in most cases such analysis can be omitted.
How is anyone still asking this question? TSG21-2016 3.2.16 A test must be conducted monthly to verify its effectiveness.
