Corrosion of the impeller of the exhaust fan in a 6T fuel boiler

I would like to ask the experienced colleagues: As mentioned in the title, the impeller of our boiler exhaust fan has suffered severe corrosion within just less than a month of installation; it experiences excessive vibration and can no longer be used. The chimney is used together with the desulfurization tower. Is it caused by water backflow? Are there any good measures?
It’s burning heavy oil, right? There is a suspicion of incomplete combustion; check the burning condition ； Replace the impeller of the exhaust fan with one made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized metal.
