There are relatively few cases of installing reaction kettles in this area, so I would like to ask: For a reaction kettle installed on a concrete beam, should its brackets be welded to the embedded plates or fixed with bolts? Thank you first!
How is the operation vibration? The vibration isn’t severe; just use a limit stop for fixation!
It is a question of whether to use welding or bolts for fastening; in my opinion, using bolts is better, as it helps to avoid excessive welding stresses as well as thermal expansion caused by temperature differences (vibrations, fatigue loads, etc.)
The vibration is not strong. There is little information available on contact reaction kettles; I’m not sure how they are usually fixed.
We have had clients who used embedded plates and weighing modules welded together; it was very difficult to replace the weighing modules later on
Pre-installed bolts are generally considered, taking into account stress factors as well as future maintenance needs
