Design of double-layer horizontal containers

Which colleague has designed a double-layer horizontal container? What is the structure of the internal support, and are there any special considerations? I would appreciate guidance from those with experience in this area.
I have previously designed horizontal vessels with semi-circular jackets; the jacket is welded to the inner cylinder, which is supported by gusset plates. During the design process, attention was paid to strengthening the openings in the inner cylinder as well as to the placement of the gusset plates
