Does the storage tank need insulation? Insulation or heat retention? What determines it?
Medium properties, temperature of the medium entering the storage tank, and downstream demands, etc
Low-temperature media require insulation to prevent heat loss, while high-temperature media need insulation to retain heat.
I want to ask about the insulation and cooling for liquids that tend to solidify easily, as well as for materials that are volatile and have a low boiling point
For a medium like benzene, with a melting point of 5.5 degrees and a boiling point of 80 degrees, should it be kept warm or cooled?
