For a pipe-type continuous reactor with solid suspensions in the liquid material, how should the pipe layout be designed to prevent the solids from settling at the bottom and to avoid mixing of material from different sections?

It’s been so many days and still no expert has shown up.
Could feeding from the bottom prevent or improve the situation? I’ve never dealt with this before, so I can only make guesses.
