The new licensing rules require that the design documents include a set of pressure vessels designed for reactive processes; I’m not sure whether dry desulfurization towers (those that use iron-based fillers to remove hydrogen sulfide) qualify as such vessels If not, does anyone have a simpler reactor diagram? I’m afraid I won’t be able to understand the complexity and thus won’t be able to defend it. Thank you.
