I have seen some drawings showing three safety valves at the top of the tower (two in use and one as a backup), but their setting pressures are different – one is 0.3 MPa and the other is 0.35 MPa. Could someone explain why these safety valves have different setting pressures?
Multiple safety valves should be installed; the opening pressure of one of these valves should not be higher than the design pressure, while the opening pressures of the remaining valves can be increased appropriately, but not beyond 1.05 times the design pressure. This is probably specified in the relevant regulations

The takeoff pressure varies, but it meets the specification requirements. I think the main purpose is to increase safety; in case one safety valve fails, another one can take over. As for the different takeoff pressures, the design intention is that if the overpressure is not high, the one at 0.3 MPa will launch first. When the discharge capacity of the 0.3 MPa safety valve does not meet the requirements, the 0.35 MPa safety valve takes over
If the pipe diameters of the safety valves installed are the same. The takeoff pressure should be the same. You can check the requirements in the original design drawings.
