How do you determine these dimensions of the heat exchanger tube plate?
786 is determined according to the inner diameter of the equipment, and 5X45 degrees is determined according to the thickness of the split-range partition gasket. 6 is the MFM sealing surface size, which is determined according to the corresponding flange standard.
If there is no dividing plate, is the 5×45 size surface unnecessary?
It is still necessary, otherwise it will be difficult to position the gasket when placing it and it will easily affect the sealing. However, if this 5mm is a little too much, at most 4mm will be enough.
Are there specific standards for this? I see that some tube sheets do not have this size.
Ours is 6x45 degrees, same as the flange.
786 should be marked at 5X45 degrees at the lower lead according to the inner diameter of the cylinder (negative tolerance). 5X45 degrees are determined according to the thickness of the split-range partition gasket (3~4.5mm), or 4X45 degrees (3mm). 6 is the MFM sealing surface size, 0.5mm + tolerance 5X45 degrees. If it is stainless steel, the processing amount can be reduced. For details on processing only the sealing surface, please refer to Qian Songwen's "Heat Exchanger Design Manual"
786 should be marked below. The value is generally inner diameter -3. The first boss is generally 6, which is available according to flange standards. There are no special requirements for the second boss. We do not require it to be thicker than the gasket. It is just a centered one, which is convenient for beginners to install gaskets.
