LPG tank water filling port

Dear teachers, could you please help determine whether a water injection port needs to be designed on the LPG storage tank? Is it required by regulations to be installed? It seems that previous LPG storage tanks didn’t have this water injection port.
I have only seen requirements for provisions for adding water or glue at the bottom; generally, this is achieved by installing outlet pipes at the bottom. I have not come across any mandatory requirement to install water injection connectors on spherical tanks. If anyone knows about this, please share it.
What’s the need for a water injection port? I’ve never heard of it
A port for water injection and replacement is required; even if not followed, a reserve port should still be provided
The Petrochemical Design Fire Protection Code 50160 requires the presence of water injection facilities
GB 50160 6.3.16 Full-pressure storage tanks shall adopt water injection measures to prevent the leakage of liquefied hydrocarbons.
