The atmospheric pressure tank truck under inspection was manufactured in 2015; its tank is made of Q235B material. According to HG20660 classification for media, the toxicity level of the medium carried by this tank truck is high. Clause 5.2.2.1 of GB18564.1-2006 stipulates that \"the steel materials listed in GB150 and JB/T4735, along with their applicable ranges, are applicable to this part.\" However, clause D.1(g) of Appendix B to GB150.2-2011 states that \"Q235B shall not be used in media with an extremely high or high toxicity level.\" Is the material used for this tank truck in compliance with the requirements? Can I declare him disqualified?
I have a few questions. 1. What is the medium? Could you provide it? 2. The main material of the tank body is Q235B; are there any coatings or partition structures inside?

A few additional words: For Q235B, it’s not just the 3274 standard. In other words, D.1 specifies the 3274 plate, which is hot-rolled, I guess. What if this tank is made of cold-rolled material? Has it reasonably avoided the requirements of the appendix?
